International Acclaim and Recognition for GreenFields HockeyTurf

With as many as 75 teams playing on the three pitches, the Newcastle International Hockey Centre had to ensure that the choice of artificial turf delivered a durable, high quality pitch suitable for Club, National and International matches.  It chose GreenFields to replace two existing fields and install a further brand new field with HockeyTurf, all in a 10 week period.
Newcastle International Hockey Centre’s choice of GreenFields was borne out by the extremely positive feedback from players. Elite participants from Australia and New Zealand commented that the ball bounce and ball speed was outstanding and that the GreenFields HockeyTurf pitch was one of the best pitches they had ever played on.

GreenFields, the international specialist in artificial sports surfaces, has been awarded Global Certification for its new specialist HockeyTurf product (HT PA 13 ND-SY) by the International Hockey Federation (FIH) which represents 127 member associations on five continents. Awarding Global Certification to GreenFields HockeyTurf is recognition of the very highest standards that HockeyTurf delivers.
