This privacy policy provides for the manner in which TenCate Grass and any/all of its subsidiaries (“Company”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from each user (“User”) of the tencategrass.com website, all other registered domains and their related aliases (together the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and to your further interaction with TenCate Grass and its subsidiaries.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

When Users visit the Site, they can contact the Company via the 'Contact' section or filling out the respective form. Through this, the Company collects the information that Users provide, including name, company, e-mail, country, enquiries, how you heard about the Company and any other information Users decide to provide on the Site.

Users can also contact the Company via email and by using the contact details listed on various parts of the Site. Through this, the Company will collect the User's name and phone number, (e-mail) address and any other information Users provide the Company with, which is used to be of further assistance to and for communication with the Users.
