PSV extends with GreenFields for three years

PSV and GreenFields remain working together to further optimise the development of the pitches at PSV Campus De Herdgang.

PSV and GreenFields are once again extending their partnership. The new contract will continue until 2026. PSV and GreenFields remain working together to further optimise the development of the pitches at PSV Campus De Herdgang.

Symbiosis

The symbiosis between PSV and GreenFields continues. The input and research provided and conducted by the TenCate Grass subsidiary is of value for the quality of the pitches on which PSV Academy ultimately plays and trains. The synthetic turf specialist is given room to experiment and innovate. This is how the 'Fieldlab', which provides detailed insight into footballers' data, came into existence in 2015. With this, PSV seeks to enhance player development.

Direct feedback from players

"It is a self-explanatory fact that we are extending our cooperation with PSV. The Fieldlab on PSV Campus De Herdgang has now become an 'institute'. The opportunity PSV gives us to test new developments in practice is incredibly valuable," said Michael Vogel, CEO of TenCate Grass. "The most valuable part is the direct feedback from players and staff."

"The 'GreenFields Pure PT' in the picture is a direct result of it. With this product, consisting of a refined combination of fibres and also without sand and infill - which explains the name - we approach the playing characteristics and 'feel' of natural grass. Meanwhile, Pure PT is finding its way into the market. We look forward to many more years of cooperation."

Innovation
